Spectators are free of charge within our café mezzanine area. We do not permit spectators to go on the park for any reason whatsoever. This is for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times. Children aged 12 and above will be checked in without a parent providing a waiver has been completed by an adult. This can be done here.
Children aged between 2 and 5 must be accompanied by a full paying adult on the park area. An adult is classified as someone aged 18 or over.
The safety of yourself and others is very important to us. As we do not know when you last watched the video and whether or not you remember all the rules, we insist on all participants watching the safety briefing video on every visit.
No individual will be permitted to access the park without understanding the safety video. If you go on without watching the video prior to your session, no additional time will be added to your session if you are asked to watch the video during your session.
Customers can only participate if they are wearing socks issued by Insane Air and we do not allow the use of socks from other parks for operational and safety reasons. Socks are a one-off purchase and yours to keep for future visits.
We provide free parking for customers.
Yes. A 10% discount is provided for a single entry only. NHS discounts cannot be used for group bookings or Parties.
